Coach Mahaffie grew up in Olathe and began dancing at the age of 3. She danced competitively for KC Dance Expressions, was a member of the Oregon Trail Tigerettes where she served as captain. She was also a member of the Olathe North Eaglettes where she held the role of captain her senior year. After completing high school, Coach Mahaffie attended Kansas State University where she graduated with an elementary teaching degree. During this time, she continued to help with the Eaglette dance team and also obtained a master’s degree in school leadership. She became an assistant coach in 2015 and is excited to be back with the team once again.
Coach Sinclair grew up in Olathe and began dancing at the age of three at The Studio School of Dance. She danced competitively for KC Dance Expressions and Dance Expressions and was a member of the ON Eaglettes from 2009-2012. After graduation, Coach Sinclair joined the Spirit Squad at William Jewell College before transferring to the University of Kansas and serving as a Rock Chalk Revue Director for two years. After graduating with a B.S. in Education and minor in History, she has worked as a judge and choreographer for teams in the area. She currently teaches history at ONHS and is in her second year of coaching the Eaglettes.
Coach Morales grew up in Olathe and was a member of the Santa Fe Trail Storm Dance Team and the Olathe North Eaglettes. After graduating in 2015, she dance for the Johnson County Community College Golden Girls and graduated with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. She went on to serve be a Para-Educator and assistant dance team coach at Santa Fe Trail Middle School and is excited to be a Para-Educator and the JV Eaglettes Coach.
